Condition of Employment With This Company
As a condition of employment with this company, you will be required to submit to & pass a 12 panel urinalysis drug testing and/or blood alcohol testing. You are responsible for paying a $40 deposit for this pre-employment drug testing at our office before going to a company approved facility for the testing. Positive drug test results will not be reimbursed and you are not eligible for hire, however if the results are negative you are eligible for hire and we will reimburse the deposit after your first full work day. If you should leave our company within the 90 day probationary period, we will deduct the $40 deposit from your last payroll check.
